- Natural lighting (avoid filters or heavy makeup)
- File format: JPG, PNG, or GIF
- File size: Under 10MB
- Face should be clearly visible and centered
Subscription or payment questions?
For subscription-related inquiries:
- View your subscription status in your dashboard
- Manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
- Cancel anytime - cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

Not getting accurate results?
Try these tips to improve your analysis accuracy:
- Use a photo taken in natural daylight
- Remove makeup and filters for best results
- Ensure your hair and eyes are clearly visible

Can't access premium features?
If you've purchased premium but can't access features:
- Make sure you're signed in to your account
- Check your subscription status in your dashboard
- Wait a few minutes after purchase - activation can take up to 5 minutes
- Try signing out and signing back in
